ZOOM is an installation of inflatable objects that offers visitors a chance to interact with a blown-up slice of daily life.

Installed at Westfield Perth (Australia) the installation is a snapshot of small, everyday scenarios; shoes abandoned on a bedroom floor or a discarded lipstick tube, each enhanced to an exaggerated size to challenge our perceived notions of items and scenes that are seemingly so commonplace as to have become invisible.

By enlarging these objects they become monuments, encouraging contemplation and questioning the values we place on particular items. ZOOM provides an opportunity to rethink our perspective of the world around us and to view our place within it in a new and unexpected way.
